One of the things visiting New York reminds me is that I don’t partake in food truck culture nearly as often as I should.
I was on my way to pickup lunch at a restaurant that shall remain nameless (since I never made it there), when I happened by The Green Radish, a vegan and organic mobile food extravaganza.
